• On weekends, a 2 night minimum is normally required. We occasionally are able to accommodate 1 night weekend stays.

• We require a full deposit if your reservation is within thirty days.

• Our cancellation policy is ten days prior to date of reservation. There is a $25.00 processing fee for any reservation cancellation. Cancellations within ten days can be refunded if the room is re-rented. We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover.

• Check in time 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Prior notification required if arrival will be after 7:00 PM)

• Check Out time: 11:00 AM

• For your comfort no smoking and no pets are permitted on the property.

• Please be aware that our rooms are designed for two persons only.

• We cannot accommodate children under the age of 14. We do not allow pets.

• We are a traditional Bed & Breakfast. There are no TVs or phones in the rooms. We have free wifi in the rooms.
